Animated Cross-Section of Earth Showing Rift Valley Formation

Show the Earth’s surface from the side like layers of a cake (cross-section view). Add two large arrows pulling land apart from both sides. Create visible cracks (fault lines) on both sides of a rectangular block of land. Slowly make the middle land block sink downward between the cracks. Show the lowered land forming a wide valley. Add simple labels: “Faults” on cracks, “Rift Valley” on sunken land. Keep the colors bright and child-friendly, like an animated science cartoon.
